From grapes to raisins – how grapes are dried in Uzbekistan (photos)

The process of converting from grapes to raisins requires skill and patience. On the farms of Nurafshon in the Tashkent region of Uzbekistan, the process of drying grapes is in full swing. Photos below from the USAID project vlog show the whole process of turning grapes to raisins.
