Carrot prices in the Ukrainian market have been increasing for the third consecutive week. According to analysts of the EastFruit project, supplies of medium- and high-quality carrots in Ukraine are shrinking rapidly.

Amid this situation, producers continue to actively raise selling prices for the available volumes. As of today, carrots are traded at UAH 7–14 per kg ($0.16–0.32/kg), which is on average 13% higher than at the end of the previous working week. At the same time, it is becoming increasingly difficult to purchase large batches of high-quality carrots on the Ukrainian market.
